About MyKindredK9 | Our Story & Pet Promise

About MyKindredK9: Our Story and Mission

About MyKindredK9, our story began with a simple idea: pet owners deserve thoughtfully selected products that combine everyday usefulness, good design, and fair prices. What started with a love for dogs and a desire to find better gear grew into a store built around the special bond people share with their pets.

We created MyKindredK9 for dogs and for the cats who share our homes, couches, and daily routines. We believe caring for a pet is more than buying supplies. It is a daily expression of love, comfort, companionship, and responsibility. Our goal is to make shopping for your furry family members feel simple, welcoming, and worthwhile.

What We Stand For

Thoughtfully Selected Products

We do not believe in listing products just to fill a catalog. We hand-pick the items we offer and aim to choose products we would feel comfortable using with our own pets. Our focus is on practical items that support the everyday adventures, routines, and comfort of dogs and cats.

Fair, Everyday Prices

We want shopping for your pet to feel straightforward. That means focusing on fair everyday prices rather than relying on fake sales or confusing promotions. We also offer free US shipping on orders of $35 or more, helping you get the products your pet needs with greater convenience.

Real People, Helpful Support

Behind MyKindredK9 are real people who care about helping customers. If you have a question about an order or need assistance, email mykindredk9@gmail.com. We aim to respond within 1 business day. If an item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, contact us so we can help make it right.

Made for Life With Pets

Life with pets is full of little moments that matter, from daily walks and playtime to quiet evenings at home. We want our store to support those moments by making it easier to find useful products for your furry companions.
