30-DAY RETURNS
If you're not happy with your order, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging. Please include your order number.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR WRONG ITEM?
Email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund, your choice. No need to send the item back.

HOW TO START A RETURN
Email mykindredk9@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll reply within 1 business day with next steps and the return address. Items sent back without contacting us first can't be processed.

RETURN SHIPPING
For damaged, defective, or wrong items, we cover everything. For all other returns, the customer pays return shipping.

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and checked, we refund your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Opened consumables (treats, chews, sprays, wipes) and personalized items can't be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.
